2. Sold out products

Is your favorite product out of stock? Don’t worry, we will restock it soon To stay updated, simply leave your email in the «Back in Stock» field on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s available again. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

3. Do you have any discounts/ promo codes/ samples?

We truly appreciate your enthusiasm for our brand. At this time, discounts, promo codes, and free samples are not part of our brand philosophy. Our goal is to maintain the integrity of our products and provide consistent, high-quality experiences to all customers. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We do offer limited edition giftboxes with a discount.

4. How can I make changes to my order?

Need to update your order details like your email address, contact information, or shipping address? Please reach out to our customer care team at store@zielinskiandrozen.ae as soon as possible with your order details. We’ll do our best to assist you before your order is processed and shipped.

6. Do you ship to other GCC countries?

Yes, we currently ship to Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman. You can place your order directly through our online store and select your country as the delivery country at checkout. The delivery cost is 50 AED, and the estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days. Please kindly note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.
